In response to the real-world challenges faced by many of our employees — particularly in balancing childcare and stable employment — Yaoshun established the Zhengshi Childcare & After-School Service Center in Anhui. Fully funded and operated by Yaoshun, the center provides licensed day care, after-school care, and educational enrichment programs. It currently serves: - 100+ children in after-school programs - 60+ toddlers in full-day care - 400+ students in classes such as art, public speaking, calligraphy, chess, and more The center is a government-recognized pilot program for workplace childcare, helping employees stay engaged in their careers without compromising their families. It reflects our belief that quality manufacturing begins with a quality life for those behind it.
